I believe we all have the ability to make the changes we want to in our lives. At times, however, we may feel stuck, unmotivated, or unsure of how to move forward. Using a strengths based approach I enjoy supporting clients as they move through challenges to live their best and most authentic lives. I believe in client-directed therapy, meaning that you are in control. Goals are based on the client's expressed needs and concerns, and are reviewed and altered to make sure that together we are always working towards the best outcome.
