I am an experienced psychotherapist who uses a strength based approach providing individual, couples and family therapy. I primarily work with men's issues, couples, trauma and addictions utilizing a variety of approaches including EMDR, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Family Systems, and Mindfulness Meditation. My style is active, reflective and solution focused.

For me, psychotherapy must address the needs of the person. Sometimes this can mean exploring how you got to the point you are at, and how you want to change; and sometimes you may want specific tools to address a very specific issue.
