I have been in practice for over 30 years and I am a warm, compassionate solution oriented therapist. I use a combination of cognitive behavioral and psychodynamic approaches. You can learn with me the sources of your negative patterns as well as specific techniques to help yourself to change.
Unique aspects of my practice are: a specialty in women's moods; postpartum depression, severe PMS and menopause; non-diet approach to weight loss that provides solutions to emotional overeating. I have advanced training in couples counseling and have a specialty in helping couples recover after an affair.
