I have over 30 years of experience helping individuals and couples heal the feelings, thoughts and behaviors that cause them distress internally or in relationships.
I work with individuals and couples. Depending on what both the client and I feel are needed, I do a combination of psychodynamic, IFS and EMDR therapy. My particular strengths are in my compassion and empathy as well as my ability to understand, clarify and resolve a problem.
Besides having a general psychotherapy practice, I am a trained EMDR therapist and an AASECT certified sex therapist and certified Internal Family Systems therapist.
