So much of what we struggle with, including anxiety, relationships, self‑doubt, and feeling “not enough,” has roots that go deeper than we realize. Therapy is a space to slow down, understand those patterns, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that have been overlooked or overwhelmed. I work especially well with people who carry a lot on their own, feel responsible for keeping things together, and often people‑please to avoid conflict or disappointment. You might be the one others turn to, even when you’re overwhelmed inside. It’s common to want things to feel different but not know how to begin.

Founded in 2020 in Hingham, MA, Elizabeth Zaccardi, LICSW, and Hannah Cully, LICSW have built a practice built on a shared vision: to create a warm, supportive, and collaborative environment for both clients and clinicians. From the beginning, we wanted to design more than just a therapy office—we wanted to foster a community where psychotherapists could thrive and where clients could feel truly safe, heard, and cared for.

Specializing in eating disorders and trauma, I also support those navigating OCD, life transitions, and relationships issues.
Serving the mental health community since 2015, I've seen how many therapeutic approaches emphasized changing the individual—while overlooking the need to re-connect with self, deepen connection with others, and spark cultural shifts. Through my own study and practice, I experienced the power of collective care - care for the collective parts within ourselves and care for the communities and beings around us. This focus on the collective reshaped my work—toward ways of engaging with life that light us up, touch us deeply, and ground us in who we are in relation to the wider world.

I work with people who want help in managing obsessive rumination, social anxiety, depression, and sleep disorders.
Thank you for looking at my profile. I am licensed to help adolescents and adults living anywhere in Massachusetts and suffering from obsessions, ruminations, depression, anxiety, and/or sleep disorders. Research on treatment outcomes for these issues indicates no statistical difference between in-person versus online therapy. I am a Cognitive Behavior Therapist and a monthly contributor to Psychology Today since 2011. My doctorate in psychology was obtained at Harvard University.

Obsessive-Compulsive (OCD) Therapists
How long does OCD treatment take?
Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) is often treated on a weekly or twice-weekly schedule, depending on symptom severity and the client’s preferences. Some clients may start to see a noticeable improvement in symptoms in as little as six weeks, but it’s also possible, especially in more severe cases, for treatment to take several months to a year before significant progress is made.

What happens if OCD is not treated?
Some people with OCD, especially those with mild symptoms, may find that they are able to adapt reasonably well to life with the condition, even if their symptoms never resolve completely. However, many people, particularly those whose symptoms are severe at the outset, find that their obsessions and compulsions grow more intrusive with time, making it harder to maintain relationships, hold down a job, or navigate the world successfully.

Are there medications for OCD?
Medication can be used to treat OCD. The class of drugs most often prescribed are selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors, or SSRIs, which include fluvoxamine (under the brand name Luvox), fluoxetine (Prozac), and sertraline (Zoloft), among others. In cases of treatment-resistant OCD, other classes of medication, such as tricyclic antidepressants or atypical antipsychotics, may be prescribed. Medication is frequently used in conjunction with therapy.

Can OCD come back after treatment?
Yes. Major life transitions, periods of stress, or other factors can cause symptoms to return or, if they were never fully eradicated, to ramp back up in intensity. For some, these relapses are brief and do not require additional treatment; identifying specific triggers and practicing the skills learned in therapy can help speed their course. For others, returning to therapy for a brief period can help address the underlying stress and strengthen coping mechanisms.
