My focus includes mood disorders, anxiety, depression, adjustment issues, building social and peer relationships, behavioral interventions, anger management, family dynamics and conflict, parenting, LGBTQ issues, military lifestyle concerns, and trauma. I often use a short-term, solution focused approach that uses a mix cognitive behavioral techniques, humor, and positive psychology.

I excel in the removal of anxiety, stress and depression along with cravings. This can be accomplished in 1 or 2 sessions via telehealth the rest of therapy is learning how to totally disempower anxiety, stress, depression, cravings etc. Also, I am experienced in dealing with spiritual issues, but it is up to the client to bring up that subject. I am also good with couples. I rework childhood issues, trauma +PTSD. My goal is to empower the client(s) so that I basically work myself out of a job. I also work with addictions + ADHD + EMDR. I accept all insurances. I have a sliding scale. Minimum is $100/session max is $210.

It can be hard to adapt to life's uncertain events and changes, so having a skill set to manage these changes is important. We all have thoughts, feelings, and stressors that can compile with nowhere for them to go. This can feel like a lot to handle, and that is okay. Everyone deserves a space where they can express themselves in a safe, supportive environment. Through counseling, an individual can find support that is nonjudgmental and empathetic as well as learn new skills and manage the unexpected. You don’t have to handle everything alone, and you can learn to manage yourself better for whatever comes next.

Not currently accepting new clients, but you can reach out if you'd like to be on my waitlist. You may be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself. You might be navigating a life transition, questioning your identity, or carrying the lingering effects of past experiences. Together, we can gently explore what’s been weighing on you and work toward greater clarity, grounding, and self-trust.

My approach to therapy is person centered! I believe that building a strong therapeutic alliance, creating a judgment free environment, and that the ability to be empathic are all equally important regarding the therapeutic process. I apply an eclectic mix of individually tailored techniques and strategies in which the aim is to foster people’s increased functioning and optimal potential. Drawing from years of experience working as a clinical therapist, I have gained a comfortable grasp on working with multiple diagnoses as well as modalities including individual, couples, family, and group counseling.
