I work with individuals seeking help with stress management,
, improving self-esteem, parenting, creating boundaries, developing healthy communication skills, depression, anxiety, chronic illness, fertility/pregnancy/post-partum, grief and loss.
My role in our work together is to provide empathy, support, kindness, reflection and curiosity. My hope for you is that you leave feeling just a little better, if not a whole lot better, than when you arrived. Our lives, and our feelings, are complex; it can be a challenge to understand all of the pieces of ourselves. In my work with survivors of trauma, addiction, and mental illness, I have learned about the resilience inherent in all individuals. My intent is to help you identify and promote your strengths and abilities, while learning effective ways to cope and heal.
