I am a bilingual therapist with more than 12 years of experience working with adolescent and adult survivors of trauma. I have helped clients of all identities feel safe and empowered to address the impact of their traumatic life experiences.
I help clients to understand the impact their experiences have had on their lives and help to develop coping strategies to improve their current experiences. I use a trauma informed approach and help clients address their unique needs and circumstances.
