I have experience working with
adults
and adolescents on a broad range of concerns; stress management, depression, anxiety, life transitions, coping with illness, grief, work and career issues, women's issue, and dealing with loved ones who struggle with addiction.
I believe therapy is an active, collaborative process. I work with clients to develop tools for mastering challenges in a context of self-acceptance, and appreciation of one's own resilience and resourcefulness. My therapeutic style is eclectic, blending solution-focused, cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness, positive psychology, and family systems approaches.
