This includes paying attention to my client’s values, and helping them find solutions that align with those values. My approach is structured but flexible enough to allow clients to maximize their time in session. I also believe that much of the growth clients experience occurs outside of the therapy session; therefore, establishing a plan of action to practice their newly acquired skills is an essential component of treatment.
