Life is tough, precious, challenging, and full of possibilities. Yet, too often we find ourselves in survival mode just managing the overwhelming moments. Problem is, this pulls us further away from how we want to feel and be in the world. Whether that looks like depression, anxiety, substance use, traumatic reactions, self-harm, family conflict, or something a bit different- I am here to help. In therapy, we can change the way you relate to your suffering, finding relief and more space for the fun stuff. We will work to understand your thoughts, befriend your feelings, and shift behaviors so you can find a calmer state of being.

I enjoy partnering with clients to help them achieve the results that they are looking for by offering support, encouragement, feedback, and sometimes gentle challenging. I have worked with many individuals who have experienced anxiety, stress, relationship concerns, sleep concerns, and work-related stress, and those who are struggling with navigating challenges in their lives. I take time to understand my client's concerns and then work collaboratively to create individualized, action-oriented plans that support them in achieving their goals.

Many of my clients appear “high-functioning” but feel anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck beneath the surface. Kids and teens may struggle with perfectionism, school stress, social worries, or executive functioning. Young adults and adults often want to quiet their racing thoughts, manage burnout, and feel more grounded. They’re looking for practical tools, emotional clarity, and support that meets them where they are—at school, at home, or in daily life.

Men are often told to “figure it out,” “be strong,” or “deal with it”—and that pressure can become exhausting. I help men who are overwhelmed, anxious, struggling with relationships, identity, or emotional shutdown finally have a space where they can talk openly without shame or judgment. I also have a strong passion for supporting LGBTQ clients who want a therapist who understands the complexity, nuance, and courage that comes with navigating identity, relationships, and mental health.
