I work with many clients who are "sandwiched" caring for others- children, parents, home schooling, and who are fatigued, self-neglected, anxious, or have lost their sense of purpose. Together we focus on increasing positivity, moments of gratitude, increased self care, and unhooking from the negative self bias and mindfully detaching from the racing mind to a daily practice of self care.
