If you are looking for a therapist who is sex positive, anti racist, and believes in health at every size, we may be a good fit.
I provide identity-affirming therapy to adults with intersecting marginalized identities, including (but not limited to!) folks who are queer, trans, neurodivergent, disabled, kinky, non-monogamous, as well as other marginalized identities. I also enjoy working with those who previously had poor experiences with therapy, first time therapy clients, and those who feel “different.” Cultivating deep appreciation of the ways you have survived, tending to the nervous system for ongoing healing, and with humor as needed, we will construct a narrative that feels affirming and true to you.

I am also a sex positive therapist for those in any D/s or non-monogamous relationships.
Welcome, If your seeking a judgement free zone, you found it. I'm a therapist who works with adults on a wide range of issues, with either individuals or couples. My goal with any client is to help you reach your goal so you can confidently go out into the world and be the you that you want to be. Good therapy is like Mary Poppins. The therapist swoops in, help the client improve their life by reaching their goals and then fly away on their umbrella. And don't worry, the singing is optional.

I work with couples who have mismatched libidos or different preferences when it comes to kink and monogamy.
NEW July 2026! Do you love hanging out with your partner but feel more like roommates than anything else? Honestly, it's easy for the honeymoon phase to end and "real life" to take over. And unfortunately real life isn't that sexy. Work demands, kids who always need you and different preferences when it comes to your sex life. Even if you're a good communicator in general, it can be hard to talk about sex in a way that actually improves things. And then add in the fact that none of us were taught about pleasure and desire in any sort of helpful, constructive way. Of course the sexy spark you once had is going to fade at some point.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck in relationship patterns you don’t fully understand, or carrying emotional experiences that still show up in your body and relationships, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to navigate it by yourself. Therapy can be a place to slow down, feel understood, and begin making sense of what’s been weighing on you. I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space where we can work together toward clarity, healing, and healthier ways of relating to yourself and others. I work with adults and couples navigating trauma, relationship challenges, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions.

Whether you're stuck in a loop of endless conflicts, experiencing mismatched libido, delving into kink, or want a space to process big changes, my goal is to create a space where you and your partner(s) can speak openly, honestly, and without shame.
Are your relationships supportive and loving, or do you feel invisible to those closest to you? When we can't be ourselves in our relationships, we can experience enormous suffering. The roles and expectations that others have for us can make us feel anxious, depressed, and trapped- but it doesn't have to be that way. As a sex therapist, I can help.

Over my years of experience I have formed primary clinical focuses in trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, LGBTQIA+, ethical non-monogamy, kink, relationships, etc.
I take a very compassionate, relational, and person-centered approach. We are both human and are connecting as humans. Some of the best trauma healing happens within developing a safe space where we can share, relate, and co-regulate. I am an eclectic therapist who combines multiple modalities to allow you to lead treatment and be met where you are.

Initiating steps to join therapy is brave, courageous, and vulnerable. My practice is aimed to support queer, trans, and gender diverse individuals. Having intersecting identities involves many moving parts. These moving parts may cause you to experience feelings of being scared, exhausted, disrespected, and empowered all due to a society that was built with White/Cis/Het ideologies. I want to learn from you and support you to grow into your authentic self so that you may live your life to its fullest.

I believe in the healing power of self-compassion and I want to support you in believing it too. My practice is rooted in the understanding that you are not broken and in need of fixing. The culture we live in is broken. You have done everything you could to survive it. Everyone is impacted by trauma under capitalism and white supremacy culture, and yet everyone already carries an inner healing intelligence, a wisdom that knows exactly how to heal and grow. My job is to help you locate and strengthen that.

Sex-Positive, Kink Allied Therapists
Why might an individual want to see a sex-positive, kink-allied therapist?
A sex-positive or kinky individual may want to see a sex-positive, kink-allied therapist because the client may feel safer and more supported discussing their experiences and challenges. A therapist who identifies as kink-friendly will have experience with clients having diverse sexual preferences and will likely be nonjudgmental and supportive about issues brought to the table. It is important to note that sex-positive, kink-allied individuals may find equal success with therapists who do not have such specialized knowledge and background. The most important factor in the success of therapy is for the client and practitioner to form a strong, trusting bond.

Do therapists have special training to gain expertise in sex-positive, kink-allied treatment?
Generally, no. There are limited training programs and unofficial accreditations that therapists can pursue, but a therapist’s expertise will ultimately come from their previous experience with similar clients, their engagement with organizations that promote sex positivity or kink-allied lifestyles, and the importance they place on safety and cultural sensitivity.

How can individuals recognize a good sex-positive, kink-allied therapist?
An experienced therapist is able to help clients explore their sexual identity and expression and relieve any discomfort or stigma attached to discussing such matters and the client’s overall challenges. A therapist who is sex-positive and kink-allied is able to create an environment that honors a client’s experience and sexual preferences. To recognize a good therapist, clients can simply ask directly about topics and issues important to them and gauge their comfort level and connection with a clinician based on the responses.

Can clients benefit from having a therapist with a focus on sex positivity and alternative sexual lifestyles?
Some individuals may feel most comfortable knowing that the clinician they’re working with has a commitment to creating an atmosphere of sex positivity and has experience with relationship diversity and alternative relationship structures. Working with a sex-positive, kink-allied therapist may help clients respect their own challenges and improve identity-affirming treatment.
