I work with clients how may be learning how to manage ADHD symptoms or struggling with depression or navigating complex family dynamics.
Accepting new clients. Are you feeling anxious or down? Are you unsure about the future of a relationship, or wondering why you find yourself repeating the same patterns and behaviors? Therapy is a collaborative process of self-discovery and personal growth. It takes a lot to reach out to a complete stranger and ask for help and you should feel proud you are considering taking this first step. I like to see my clients laugh, know what makes them happy and see them learn more about themselves through the process of therapy.

Other issues I specialize in are ADHD, anxiety, depression, and life transitions.
Accepting New Clients-Life can feel really overwhelming at times, especially when you are trying to manage the daily grind, while also being present in your personal and professional relationships. When you have a busy and demanding life your personal relationships often take a back burner and it’s hard to deal with problems effectively in the moment. Sometimes it’s easier to numb out or avoid. But, eventually these habits leave you feeling more stressed and disconnected, and problems that once appeared small snowball into larger issues. You can find it difficult to stay regulated in your nervous system to respond how you intended.

You’ve built success that everyone admires but inside, you're tired of holding it all together. You’ve mastered the role of the strong one: high-achieving, dependable, polished. Yet behind the titles and accomplishments, you carry a quiet exhaustion, unhealed relational wounds, and a deep desire to feel safe, soft, and truly seen. You don't need more tools. You need a space where you don’t have to perform. You need someone who understands the emotional cost of your excellence.

I am a holistic psychotherapist treating people who have a combination of trauma, ADHD, and Anxiety.
You may live with ongoing worry, self-critical thoughts, or hyper-fixating that feels hard to turn off, leaving you feeling stuck in patterns that don’t easily shift. Even small, everyday situations can trigger a freeze response or a sense of not feeling safe in your body. For neurodivergent individuals or those shaped by past traumatic experiences, these responses are understandable defense mechanisms—not flaws. With a trauma-informed approach, we work gently and collaboratively to help your nervous system find more safety and ease. You don’t have to face this alone.

I help women navigating ADHD, anxiety, and chronic stress quiet the internal noise, understand their patterns, and reconnect with who they are.
You keep it all together on the outside. Showing up, staying busy, getting things done. But inside, you’re exhausted. Beyond overwhelmed. It feels like you’re drowning in a million things you want to do but don’t know how to start. Your mind is constantly spinning. You lose track of time and things, and then beat yourself up for it. The overthinking, the self-doubt, and the pressure to hold it all together never seem to let up. You wonder if you’re missing something that everyone else seems to have figured out, or if maybe your brain just works a little differently.

When should I seek treatment for ADHD?

You should seek treatment for ADHD if you consistently have difficulty with attention, hyperactivity, or impulsivity that interferes with your daily life. Symptoms of ADHD include the inability to sustain attention during tasks, difficulty organizing tasks and activities, being easily distracted, frequent fidgeting or squirming, and talking or interrupting excessively. If these symptoms interfere with your career, academics, or relationships—for example, consistently failing to complete professional projects on time—you should seek an evaluation for ADHD.

How does treatment for ADHD work?

Effective treatment for ADHD often consists of medication, behavioral therapy, and lifestyle changes. Stimulant medications such as Adderall and Ritalin work by altering levels of neurotransmitters in the brain; higher levels of dopamine and norepinephrine are known to improve attention and focus. Therapy works by helping people with ADHD understand the condition, discuss their areas of difficulty, and develop behavioral strategies to manage their symptoms. In some cases, modifying one’s diet and exercise can also help improve symptoms.

Are there specific medications for ADHD?

Medications to treat ADHD are generally stimulants, the most common are Adderall and Ritalin. There are two categories of stimulants: Amphetamines include Adderall, Dyanavel, Vyvanse, and Dexedrine, and methylphenidates include Ritalin, Concerta, Daytrana, Focalin, Quillichew, Quillivant, and Metadate. Non-stimulants and antidepressants may be used as an alternative if stimulants aren’t effective or viable for a particular patient.

How long does treatment for ADHD take?

It’s tough to give an exact time frame because everyone varies. In terms of medications, stimulants begin to work very soon after you take them, generally within the hour. It may take time to identify the right medication and dosage, but the medication itself is fast-acting. In terms of therapy, it takes time to develop skills and put them into practice, but you will likely see improvements within a few weeks or months.
