I utilize therapy approaches that involve helping clients shift their reactions to distress, develop a more optimal state of mind for addressing distress, and heal from past experiences. We will work together to see which of the following approaches work best for you: ACT, IFS, MBCT, EMDR, and various somatic therapy approaches.
