I have worked with children, teens, adults, and elderly in the area of depression, anxiety and those overcome substance abuse. I use a variety of a variety of techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, stress management, increasing self-worth, inner child work, incorporation of meditation, 12 Steps, assertiveness training, mood management, anxiety /
