My medical practice first and then my experience as a Reiki Master and psychotherapist, has shown me that the path to a healthy and fulfilling life is a personal journey towards wholeness. A counselor is an ideal companion in such journey. I offer both expertise and compassion. My approach is holistic, since our body is multidimensional: physical/mental/spiritual. A supportive and inclusive environment allows the body's inner wisdom to surface. Increased awareness leads to easing our connection with others, with our multidimensional body, with the planet. Shifting perspective helps us heal past trauma and rebuild relationships.
Approach determined by client's needs: systemic therapy & empathy training work with couples & families; Traumatic Incident Resolution helps trauma & abuse victims. Drawing from a background as a physician, bodyworker, Reiki Master and counselor, I offer clients from nutritional education to psychophysical integration. In a safe environment, exploration of client's strengths and restrictive patterns are facilitated.
