Hi there! I’m m (they/them)! I provide a warm, nonjudgmental, and collaborative therapeutic relationship to support you in gaining deeper insight, exploring yourself and your relationships, and healing to support with depression, anxiety, relationship concerns, identity experiences, and more. I believe in the healing power of spaces where we can feel authentic connection – and I believe therapy can be one such space where we can co-create a safe and empowering environment where you can explore, grow, and flourish in the fullness of yourself, your identities, and your experiences.
As a trans nonbinary person of color, I especially recognize the importance of therapy that is affirming, honors our intersectional identity experiences, and addresses oppression. My therapy integrates relational-cultural and feminist perspectives alongside humanistic and psychodynamic approaches. I can also integrate skills when desired from DBT and ACT.
If you feel that I may be a good fit to support you, please contact me for a free confidential consultation. I am available for in-person sessions at the Soul Soil Healing office in Baltimore, or virtual sessions to anyone in Maryland. I am grateful for your time and honored to be considered to join you in your healing journey!
