M mental Health and Wellness is clinic with multiple clinicians. We offer services focusing primarily on Dialectical Behavior Therapy ( DBT): Distress Tolerance CBT, ACT, and Trauma-Informed interventions. We work with children with behavioral issues. We provide additional support and resources to parents. We have worked and are working with clients with history of PTSD (trauma), depression, anxiety, grieving and relational issues. We also offer family therapy and groups. We provide services to patients of all ages and accept all major insurances.
Our therapeutic interventions help alleviate depression, anxiety, and trauma. Medication management grief/loss. We help couple work on their broken relations and help parents with children with behavioral problems such as oppositional defiance and ADHD.
Our approach to therapy is person-centered, trauma-informed, and focused on empowering clients to trust in their own abilities. We encourage physical activities, healthy eating habits , and faith in God, to help provide our client a balanced life. Clients will be matched with compatible mental health therapists so they can achieve desired results.
