Many people reach a point where insight and coping skills are no longer enough. They may be thoughtful, capable, and highly self-aware, yet still feel stuck in patterns of anxiety, emotional reactivity, shutdown, chronic stress, or unresolved trauma. Some carry the effects of early life experiences, relationships, medical events, workplace stress, high-pressure environments, or military service. Often, they understand why they feel the way they do, but want their nervous system to genuinely settle so change can be experienced, not just understood. Saturday, Sunday, and evening appointments are available.
I provide trauma-informed, neuroscience-based therapy that integrates EMDR, parts-oriented work, mindfulness, somatic practices, nervous system regulation, and clinical hypnotherapy when appropriate. The focus is on helping clients develop greater stability, resilience, and clarity so meaningful change can occur without forcing or overwhelm.
My style is active and collaborative. Sessions are experiential and embodied, remaining grounded, practical, and contained. I’m present, engaged in the work, and when appropriate, humor is used to support regulation and genuine connection. This is depth-oriented therapy for adults seeking meaningful, lasting change and a greater sense of internal stability.
