I have been a Marriage and Family Therapist in private practive for more than 35 years and have extensive experience with all types of relationship and personal issues. My client load primarily consists of individuals and couples who wish to improve themselves and their relationships. I appreciate clients who are committed to becoming better and understand that therapy is a "process". My passion is to empower individuals and relationships to be the best they can be. I especially enjoy working with clients who are motivated and dedicated to learning and understanding more about themselves.
I am solution-focused and my main objective is to help my clients learn the skills they need to live healthy and productive lives. I provide feedback based on years of experience and training. In addition to relationship issues, I have extensive experience working with abuse survivors, addictions and dysfunctional family issues.
Please note, I currently conduct therapy via Telehealth. In addition to being a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I also possess a lifetime teaching credential and have additional training as a Life Coach.
