I specialize in working with couples, utilizing an approach based on Dr. Gottman Method, which is a research-based interventions and exercises, it is a structured, goal-oriented, scientifically-based therapy that helps couples break through barriers to achieve greater understanding, connection and intimacy in their relationships.
I am working with issues as anxiety, depression, anger management, grief, self-harm behaviors, adolescent issues and unhealthy relationships. Confidentiality therapy is provided in a caring, nonjudgmental environment focused on your individual long term and short term goals
