About
Are you struggling with an important relationship? Have you experienced a loss and need support on your grief journey? Are you feeling anxious and uncertain about the future? Perhaps you are seeking more meaning or vitality in your life. I enjoy helping adults of all ages navigate transitions and issues across the life span - including identity concerns, family issues, relationship changes, aging, end-of-life, and grief & loss. My experience has taught me that moving through challenging parts of life alongside a caring professional can bring personal clarity, healthier relationships, and greater life satisfaction.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over ten years of experience helping diverse clients, from young adult college & professional students to aging individuals and their caregivers. My practice is LGBTQ+ affirming, and I pay particular attention to clients' social & cultural identities. Social justice is a core value of my clinical work.
It is a privilege to do this work; I respect the intrinsic strengths, dignity, and worth of all people. I also believe relationships are how we heal. From this stance, I bring authenticity to my interactions with clients, and carefully attend to the quality of the therapeutic relationship. Please reach out; I'd love to explore the potential of helping you!
