I have extensive experience working with anxiety, grief, depression, and PTSD. I particularly like working with clients, helping them free themselves from the trauma of the past.
I specialize in helping individuals overcome traumatic life events, especially males recovering from sexual child abuse, that cause them to be "stuck in the pain of the past." I can help identify and work through past trauma utilizing EMDR; a well-researched and successful psychotherapeutic technique for treating trauma and anxiety.
Teenage years can be especially difficult; arguments with parents, school pressure, low self-esteem, sexuality and dating, drug and alcohol concerns.
