I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist. I earned my undergraduate degree in Psychology and Drug and Alcohol Studies as well a Master of Science degree in Clinical Counseling with a Military and Trauma Certification from East Carolina University. (Don't worry, I can't believe I'm a therapist either.)

Here's all the other important shit you need to know: My job as a therapist first is to protect my people and second protect the space. I am NOT for everybody. I prefer the 'Mr. Miyagi' approach to therapy-I pull from multiple different theoretical perspectives. Once you get the hang of 'wax-on, wax-off' change will already be happening, young grasshopper.
