I work with individuals seeking counseling for a number of reasons, including processing past trauma, relationship difficulties, and managing symptoms of depression and anxiety. I am open to working with children, adolescents, adults, and couples. My approach to counseling is person-centered and integrative, with an emphasis on somatic and holistic care. I utilize both somatic and cognitive approaches because I believe that you have to work with both the mind and the body for healing and growth to occur.
I believe that the most important factor in helpful and effective counseling is a safe and genuine relationship between the counselor and the client.
