Here we will walk together-at your pace-towards a deeper understanding of yourself in order to build an authentic life. I have found my passion in working with teens and adults who find themselves in painful places, whether from traumatic experiences or from the inner voices of shame, and working together towards healing and peace.
I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado and a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in California. I received my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Northern Colorado. I am an EMDR Certified Clinician through EMDRIA, AEDP Level 2 and provide services in English and Spanish.
