I've been in the private practice of depth psychotherapy for 30 years. As a therapist I hold the quality, comfort, and confidentiality of the relationship as foundational. I approach therapy from a wellness perspective, though the issues that bring you to therapy may be troublesome. The Chinese word for "crisis" also means "opportunity."
