So often, our close relationships can be a source of pain. It can feel like we will never connect or understand each other like we once did. Sometimes, these feelings come from deep betrayal or we've just simply grown apart. Finding each other again and building meaningful and deep partnerships, while difficult work, is possible and allows us to reclaim the most important and meaningful parts of our lives. I love working with couples and families to help on this journey of healing and growth.
I work with individuals of all ages, couples and families and have experience working though trauma, depression, anxiety, life transitions, and relationship building from a strengths based, humanistic approach.
It is courageous to take steps towards growth and change. Reaching for increased meaning requires deep emotional work. In this self expansion we find authentic empathy for ourselves and others.
