About
Welcome! I am honored that you stopped by to Embrace Counseling where Grace, Love and Hope greet you at the door. The decision to seek counseling is the first step to self care. I will help you develop awareness and connection between emotional, spiritual, past hurt and trauma(s) that influence your current well-being. I do not view therapy as being one size fit all. Instead, I collaborate with clients to meet their need and goals for therapy that integrates different approaches to best serve the client for the best possible outcome. My purpose is to help others navigate their journey and vision towards living their best lives.
I am certified in Trauma with intensive EMDR training. I work with Adolescents, Adults, Couples, Seniors and Veterans struggling with difficulties that causes anxiety & depression, family and/or marital distress and many other factors that impede on enjoying a balanced lifestyle.
It is my desire to live out the purpose in helping others navigate their journey while enjoying the passion I have in bringing joy to others. Embrace counseling offers you a safe space where you can be the authentic you through Grace, Love and Hope. Certifications include: Trauma, Prepare Enrich and Anger Management.
