If you are struggling with grief, anxiety, stressful work situations or living with other difficult situations, we can work together to help you feel stronger and more resilient. I've worked with clients from ages 18 to 80 and have a strong connection to the LGBTQ and college communities. I help clients grow through adversity by helping you to better understand what is most important to you in life. I help you to set goals that you want to work toward, and we work collaberatively to get you going in the direction that has the most meaning for you. I am currently accepting new clients through Lyra Health, an EAP company.
My clients like how I listen to their stories and help them find ways to feel more grounded and peaceful, especially while experiencing stressful situations. Much of my expertise is in helping clients with relationship struggles and career-related anxiety like experiencing burnout or desiring a change.
By knowing that clients are the experts in their own lives and have their own stories to tell, I understand that your time is better spent by helping you harness the power of your own strengths to find the solutions you long for. I can collaborate with you to develop the tools you need for resilience and riding through some of life's most difficult moments.
