If you are seeking holistic wellness, personal fulfillment, stronger relationships with yourself and others, and inner healing, I would be honored and privileged to guide you through your therapeutic journey. I take a secular, strengths-based approach to my work with adults from all backgrounds who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, neurodivergence, difficulty navigating LGBTQIA+ identity, the effects of trauma, and family tension.
I mainly incorporate Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Person-Centered techniques within the counseling relationship and will tailor my work with you to your unique wants and needs. Therapy is not one-size-fits-all, and I will honor your individuality throughout our time together.
