Welcome! I am here to work with you to build an understanding of your past to create a renewed future. My client base and men and women between the ages of 18 to 60 years old. I have availability in both off and as well as virtual sessions. Office sessions are Mon-Wed from 9 am to 1 pm. Virtually all sessions are held between 3 pm to 6 pm.
I provide therapeutic services through conversations and not interrogations. I discuss the individual's past, present, and future. Developing an understanding of the past will allow us to carefully craft goals and interventions to the individual's liking.
I utilize simple calm conversations. I do take note so that I can make sure the complete conversation is captured.
