My approach starts with compassion and attention to your story, making sure I completely understand what you are experiencing as well as your hopes and goals for therapy. From there we will begin our work together. I use evidence approaches like CBT and trauma informed interventions to help you heal, grow, and reconnect with your inner self.
I have over 20 years of experience and realize that starting therapy can take courage and a leap of faith. But it can also bring about great change. My goal is to always create a safe and supportive environment for you to explore, heal, and begin to deeply connect with yourself and those around you. I look forward to working with you.
