Welcome. My name is Lynnell Holtby, MFT 41129. My approach to therapy focuses on connecting with and meeting you from a heart-centered space and in union creating desired personal and life changes. I focus on the "whole" person, integrating spiritual, physical, mental, and emotional forms of well-being to help you develop a deeper understanding on all levels. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, codependency, self-worth, grief, and relational issues.
I provide a holistic approach to therapy including a blend of traditional and non-traditional approaches. Including but not limited to the following approaches: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Coaching, Transpersonal, Existential, and Holistic Therapy.
I provide a warm, relaxed, and supportive environment that promotes trust and authenticity in our interactions. I was attracted to being a therapist as a result of being curious by nature to connect and gain an understanding of who I am engaging with along with the desire to be of service to others.
