About
I believe you're the expert. You know where you’ve been and what you ultimately need, and you may just need a little support getting there. My job is to help you find those undiscovered parts of yourself, and support you to move toward a more fulfilling and joyful life.
I'm a psychotherapist with a diverse therapeutic background. I have worked within the sexual education community for the last 25 years. I have experience in monogamous/polyamorous relationship work, and also gender and orientation understanding. I'm a harm-reductionist, and currently work with those who are negatively impacted by drug misuse.
The decision to start therapy or continue the work you have already started can be tough one. I will be here when you’re ready.
