I approach therapy from a holistic, strengths-based, and collaborative perspective, using trauma-informed and evidence-based practices to integrate mind, body, and spirit. The relationship that we develop becomes the foundation for our work together as we explore unresolved issues that interfere with living an authentic, meaningful, and rewarding life.
I work with adults who experience anxiety, attachment trauma, depression, difficult life transitions, stress, grief and loss. In a non-judgmental space that is both safe and inspiring, we'll explore and challenge the perceived barriers to creating lasting positive change.
