In the beginning stages of therapy, we work to understand why your brain does what it does, as well as build the skills you need to navigate the world that you’re in. With self-awareness, self-compassion, and all the necessary tools, you’ll be ready to begin the work of reprocessing trauma and rewiring the brain.
I have extensive training and hold certifications in several modalities to guide you through the healing process, including DBT, EMDR, Ego State Therapy, BLAST, Hypnotherapy, Hypnosis, NLP, and Constructed Awareness.
