After serving in the field of mental health for 28 years, I have seen evidence of our work in the confidence and successes of my clients.

I specialize in EMDR and CBT, and enjoy empowering others. I will carefully listen, clarify, and collaborate with you towards the development of your vision. Intense in my focus, I will accurately assess and simplify obstacles. Together we'll determine a workable plan to achieve your goals that is also comfortable to implement.

I am bilingual in American Sign Language and work cross-culturally with Deaf individuals. As a NYC school social worker, I received awards for my work with students after evacuating on 9/11. Certified in CBT, I completed post-grad studies at the Gestalt Institute of Philadelphia in May, 2020. Also offering EMDR for folks struggling with effects of trauma.
