Life can be overwhelming and having the right support can make all the difference. With over 18 years of experience, I help clients navigate life changes with a specialty in trauma. I work with individuals and view counseling as a collaborative process grounded in respect and understanding. I utilize play therapy with younger clients and CBT, as well as cognitive processing with older clients. I am also accepting LPC supervisees (PLPC) in Louisiana and welcome recent graduates seeking a supportive and encouraging space to grown, focusing on skill development, case conceptualization, ethical practice and building confidence.
My specialty is rooted in trauma. Learning how to calm down the nervous system and process through traumatic experiences can be life changing. I also work with ADHD, depression, anxiety and other behavioral concerns.
