I am committed to advancing my clinical education and further my knowledge in the expanding field of mental health. My practice focuses on adults, teens, children and familiy therapy.
I am EMDR Credentialed (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). EMDR is a breakthrough in the mental health field, helping millions with relief of emotional pains of their past.
I have worked in the entertainment industry, having over 200 local and national talk show appearences, talking on depression,anxiety,relationships and PSTD.
In addition to EMDR,I have a focus on Addictions,and worked at Kaiser Perm. in Addiction Medicine.I completed a Residency in Training at the Betty Ford Center in Palm Desert CA. As well,I treat eating disorders, anger issues and Victims of Crime. I also offer Phone Counseling.
