Hello, I'm Lynne Kelly the founder of The Healing Journey (THJ) which is an introspective, transformative experience that provides a safe and engaging environment for clients to evaluate their past, assess their present, and drive towards a thriving, self-envisioned future. The work is not easy, but that is the beautiful part about embarking upon your personalized journey. I am a Psychotherapist utilizing Cognitive Behavioral interventions, and a Neurolinguistic Programming Practioner (NLP) who incorporates Art Therapy, Life Coaching, and EMDR techniques in counseling.
I have a deep-seated drive to make a positive impact on people's lives by supporting them through challenging situations. I also have a desire to help others, a natural inclination towards listening and empathy, a curiosity about the human mind, and seeing others benefit from therapy.
