HI, my name is Lynne Eppers, and I am an LCPC. I utilize a person-centered approach to provide each client with their own unique counseling experience. I am looking forward to supporting and empowering you on your journey towards mental wellness. CBT is a foundational approach because to change how we feel we need to change how we think. I have studied multiple theoretical approaches and don't feel as though there is a "catch-all" when it comes to helping individuals meet their mental wellness goals.
I love to teach and practice mindfulness, but overall, my approach is primarily client-centered, eclectic and tailored to what would best meet my client's needs. My goal is providing a safe and supportive environment, so you are able to grow and meet your mental health goals.
I have worked with clients as young as 3 and as old as 80 with a wide variety of mental health struggles. As long as you are open to change and want to work on being that best version of yourself, I would love to provide you with the help and support that you need to achieve that goal!
