Trust and connection is key within a counseling relationship. I work from a strength based and systems perspective. To create lasting change, we must look at all the systems we exist in (school, work, home etc) and begin to see the strengths in those systems and ourselves.
I offer parent coaching, counseling and play therapy for children. Play therapy sessions can be done virtually or in person! We all can benefit from a genuine relationship with others and ourself. I specialize in working with parents struggling to enjoy the journey of a complicated life!
