When couples are in crisis, training and experience matter. As a Certified Gottman Therapist with over 25 years of clinical experience, I help couples navigate affairs, financial secrecy, parenting differences, resentment and ongoing power struggles. I also work with partners who have drifted apart and feel more like roommates than lovers. After thorough assessment, each couple receives a comprehensive written summary of their strengths and growth opportunities. I then provide clear, practical guidance and teach evidence-based tools to help you rebuild trust, strengthen connection, and create a more secure, satisfying relationship.
My therapeutic approach is based on client need; always with a strengths-based/insight-oriented perspective. My many years of experience give me insight into a wide variety of issues. I've learned that there are many ways to be happy, and provide my clients a safe, non-judgmental environment to explore their barriers to well-being.
