With over 25 years of experience and training in multiple approaches, I offer Individual and Couples Therapy grounded in warmth, acceptance, and clinical insight. As a Certified Gottman Therapist and Prepare/Enrich Facilitator, I use evidence-based tools to support connection and growth. I provide couples with a written summary of strengths and growth areas, based on our initial sessions and an online assessment I provide. Having lived and worked in several states, I bring a broad, inclusive perspective to the challenges we all face.

My therapeutic approach is based on client need; always with a strengths-based/insight-oriented perspective. As a Certified Gottman Therapist I utilize evidence-based strategies developed by the Gottmans to help couples build a strong relationship that works for them. I'm also trained to help couples who are engaged, expecting or parenting young children.
