I specialize in helping adults heal from trauma, strengthen relationships, and build emotional resilience. My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, trauma and abuse, relationship struggles, separation/divorce, grief and loss, parenting, and self-confidence.
I offer trauma-focused therapy in a supportive space where healing and reconnection are possible. For couples, I use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help partners break negative cycles and build secure, lasting emotional bonds. One-day intensives are also available.
I offer in-person and virtual sessions for North Carolina residents, and can also see South Carolina residents virtually or in person at my Charlotte, NC office. I provide a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation to help you determine if we’re the right fit.
