Life can be overwhelming, especially with the crises facing so many people and their families currently. Sometimes it can all feel like too much to handle on your own. That’s where I come in as a therapist dedicated to walking alongside you in your therapeutic journey toward self-empowerment and actualization. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor & Clinical Supervisor (LPCC-S) with 13 years of experience providing mental health therapy. It is my belief that we all have within us the power for unconditionally loving ourselves and healing past traumas that may have hindered this ability.
I consider myself a trauma therapist. I have experience working with children, teenagers, and adults in both individual and family therapy settings. I am a practitioner of Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) for children, trained in Motivational Interviewing, Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), CBT, DBT, and EMDR.
I understand personally the challenges in life and strongly believe that holistic healing involves balance of mind and body. My role as a clinician is to instill hope and assist you with investing in your own mental and physical well-being.
