As a therapist, my role is to walk with you on a journey of self-discovery, helping you embrace your authentic self and navigate life's challenges with courage and resilience. Whether you are seeking out counseling for yourself or your child or teen, my goal is to create a safe and trustful relationship while facilitating the conditions for healing and growth to take place.

I enjoy working with children, adolescents, adults seeking to heal from the lasting effects of trauma, and women in the pregnancy/postpartum period. Depending on my client's unique life stage and goals, I utilize child-centered play therapy, sand tray, Internal Family Systems (IFS) interventions, and am a certified EMDR therapist.
