Through a developmental model and trauma focused perspective, I offer compassionate care in a warm, supportive therapeutic relationship using a client centered approach. I will work to discover and help strengthen the resources you already have and help guide you to new strategies for meeting life's challenges.
Working with therapeutic tools such as CBT, mindfulness, and EMDR, I can help you gain insight into concerns and learn coping skills to bring about effective change. Together we can explore what might be getting in the way of identifying and reaching your goals. It is possible to get unstuck to find peace, joy, and healing.
