Most of my clients come to me feeling stuck, having tried "regular" talk therapy and looking for something, a modality or a therapist to help them move past old patterns of relating and triggers. These old patterns and triggers left unaddressed can easily feel like they are taking over your life! Together, with your permission, we will dive deeply into your story and uncover patterns of relating that have been preventing you from the life you want to live.
I am a Christian mental health therapist in Mill Creek who specializes in trauma and eating disorders, co-dependency and difficulties differentiating from family of origin. I am certified in Lifespan integration and trained in EMDR; I offer adjunct therapy in both modalities to address trauma. I am also a state approved supervisor and consultant.
I view each client primarily in light of his or her family system or from a psychodynamic, object relations standpoint.
